I'm Neil Jones, the founder and director of KB Pros Ltd. I started this business after years of subcontracting for large companies, where i saw customers left frustrated by poor communication, low standards, and constant delays. I knew there had to be a better way - so I set out to build a company that puts quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction first.
